Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca was the destination for many west-coast EV-enthusiasts this past weekend as they gathered for the 6th annual “Refuel” racing event. Throughout the weekend, clean powered motorcycles, go-karts, and cars competed on the track in time trial and elimination races. The fleet of vehicles included both stock and converted EVs from companies including Tesla, Fiat, Chevy, Nissan, Toyota, Mission, and Zero.
